DTG (Direct To Garment)
DTG printers offer extensive color options which means you can print detailed designs and photorealistic images with virtually no color limitations. This can be important for those businesses that want to experiment with color and design.
CMT(Cuting, Making and Triming)
In CMT manufacturing, apparel buyer pays the manufacturers for the cut-make-trim process. Pre-production process like the order processing, product development, pattern making and pattern grading, and post-production process such as shipping of goods are handled by the buyer.
FOB(Freight on Board)
Because of our integration to Harapan Kurnia Textile Factory, We are able to provide buyers actualize products. We are able to organize every requirement from buyer such as fabric, accessories, prints, and shipment.
HOW IT WORK
Our Work Process
Sampling
The first process is sampling. We will produce samples to make sure the apparel that we make is compatible with the terms from the customer.
Cutting
After receiving an approval from the customer, we will get into the cutting process.
Sewing
After we cut the fabric, we will continue with the sewing process. We have various sewing machines such as overlock sewing machines, over deck sewing machines, regular sewing machines, buttonhole machines, and many more.
Quality Control
The apparel that has finished, will be check by our quality control team to make sure the apparel has the same quality standard from the buyer.
Packing
The Apparel that has checked and pass the quality control, will be steam and pack. After that we will put the apparel inside a shipping box according to policy from the customer
Delivery
After it passes the final check, we will ship the apparel to the customer according to the due date agreement.
